LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Bainbridge on December 10, 2024 at 7:15 p.m. at Bainbridge Town Hall, 15 North Main Street, Bainbridge, NY regarding a local law entitled “A Local law Amending Local Law No. 3 of 2022 entitled ‘Renewable Energy Systems.’”

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the environmental significance, if any, of the proposed local law will be reviewed by said Town Board incident to and as a part of said public hearing.

Persons with disabilities who require assistance in attending said public hearing, or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the undersigned to request such assistance. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Town Board or at such public hearing.

Finding treatment facilities that are able to understand the underlying causes of the addiction, and that are able to cure an individual so as to prevent any relapse, is often a very hard task.
